Refunds & Returns Policy
This policy outlines how Dropshipbunny handles returns, refunds, lost parcels, and delivery issues. It applies to all customers using our services.
Warranty & Returns (RMA)
We offer a 3-month warranty for products that arrive damaged or not working (DOA). You can request a refund or replacement.
To qualify, you must submit proof (like a video) and a return request form.
We allow a small refund budget (up to 0.5% of the product model’s value) to help with fast resolutions.
Wrong Product or Specifications
If you receive the wrong item, model, size, or color, we will resend the correct product at no extra cost.
Proof and a return request form are required.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
Parcels can be lost or delayed, especially when using low-cost shipping options (e.g., China Post or USPS).
While we can’t control postal operations, we offer a limited refund budget (up to 0.5% per product model) to help in such cases.
Tracking is provided when available, but not all services include tracking in the destination country.
Undeliverable Packages (Returned to China)
If a parcel shipped via China Post can’t be delivered, it may be returned to China (this can take 30 days or more).
Once returned, items will be added back to your inventory.
You may choose to repurchase and resend the item before the return is complete by submitting a request form.
Parcels Rejected by China Post
In rare cases, China Post may reject parcels during security checks (especially for sensitive items).
No extra shipping charges will apply.
It may take 20 to 60 days for the item to return. Once received, it will be restocked in your inventory.
You can repurchase and resend the item while waiting for the return.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery
Some local postal services don’t notify customers when delivery fails.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to contact their post office and pick up the parcel.
If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be lost or returned to the sender. If your package is lost, we’re not able to offer compensation. If it’s returned to us, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to send it again.
Important Notes
The list of countries eligible for ePacket shipping can change without notice.
China Post is not suitable for sensitive or restricted items — there’s a 30–50% chance of seizure by Chinese authorities.
Only China Post shipments are reliably returned to China if undeliverable. However, destination countries may still fail to return some parcels without any notice, please contact us for help.
