Dropshipbunny Terms and Conditions

These rules apply to Dropshipbunny and its customers (“CUSTOMERS”).

  1. Definitions

  • Top Tier Countries: These are countries where ePacket shipping is available (like the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Brazil, Japan, and more).

  • Other Countries: All countries not on the Top Tier list.

  1. Shipping Method
    Customers should choose the right shipping method based on their product and destination. ePacket isn’t available for everything (like products with built-in batteries or sensitive items). Use the shipping chart we provide to decide.

  2. Duties and Responsibilities
    Dropshipbunny helps with sourcing and shipping your products. We’ll handle everything until the products reach the post office. We provide tracking info when possible, but not all shipping methods offer tracking inside the destination country.
    To help with tracking and reduce delivery issues, please provide full shipping details: name, address, state/province, zip code, country, and phone number.

  3. Returns and Warranty (RMA)
    We offer a 3-month warranty for returns and support for products that arrive dead or damaged (DOA). We have a small refund budget (up to 0.5% of your original order value per product model) for quick refunds — proof like a video and application form is needed.

  4. Wrong Product Issues
    If you receive the wrong product or specs (like size, model, or color), we will resend the correct item at our cost. Proof and an application form are required.

  5. Lost or Never Arrived Parcels
    Shipping involves risks, especially with cost-saving options like China Post. Some packages may not be delivered due to reasons beyond our control. We cannot influence postal operations. However, we offer a small refund budget (up to 0.5% per product model) to help with these cases.

  6. Undeliverable Parcels
    If you choose China Post and a parcel can’t be delivered, it will be returned to China — this may take 30 days or more. Once returned, we will add the items back to your inventory. You can choose to repurchase and resend the product before the returned parcel arrives, using an application form.

  7. China Rejected Parcels
    Sometimes parcels are rejected by China Post during security checks. You won’t pay extra shipping fees for this. It can take 20 to 60 days for parcels to return. After that, we’ll add the products back to your inventory and can reship them if you want. You may also repurchase and reship before the returned parcel arrives.

  8. Customer Responsibility for Delivery
    Some postal services don’t notify customers if delivery fails. It’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the post office to pick up packages. If not picked up, the post may lose the parcel or return it to sender.

Important Notes:

  • The list of ePacket countries can change without notice.

  • Sending sensitive products via China Post risks 30-50% chance of seizure by Chinese authorities.

  • Only parcels sent via China Post can be returned to China reliably, but sometimes destination posts may fail to return parcels without notice.
